Webdoner provides professional website cloning, migration and restoration services. Because the word “cloning” raises fair questions, this page states plainly what we do and what we refuse to do.

1. Our acceptable use policy

We accept projects in these categories:

• Websites you own. Rebuilding, migrating or restoring your own website, including sites lost to expired hosting or departed contractors.
• Websites you have rights to. Cloning performed with the verifiable written permission of the website owner, for example a purchased design or a franchise template.
• Structure-only rebuilds. Recreating the layout skeleton of a page without copying protected content: no text, images, logos, brand marks or other copyrighted assets.
• Restorations of your own lost sites from public archives such as the Wayback Machine.

2. What we decline

We refuse projects intended to impersonate another business, deceive consumers, infringe copyrights or trademarks, create phishing pages, or republish someone else’s content without permission. If a request looks like any of the above, we decline it, and we report phishing-related requests where the law requires.

3. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe a website we host or built reproduces your copyrighted work without permission, send a notice to the email on our Contact page including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material, (c) your contact details, and (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We review complete notices within 5 business days and act on substantiated ones.
