This Privacy Policy explains what data Webdoner (“we”) collects when you use this website and our services, and how we handle it.
1. What we collect
Data you send us: when you submit a form or contact us, we receive the details you provide: your name, contact information (email or messenger handle), the website address you want us to work on, and your message.
Technical data: like most websites, we use analytics tools that collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, device type, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
2. How we use your data
We use the data you provide to prepare quotes, deliver services, communicate about your project and improve this website. We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not send marketing emails without your consent.
3. Project materials and confidentiality
Access credentials you share for a project (hosting, CMS, platform accounts) are stored securely, used only to deliver the agreed work, and deleted after project completion. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request before receiving any sensitive materials.
4. Data retention
Form submissions and project correspondence are kept for up to 3 years for accounting and support purposes, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 6).
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses essential cookies required for basic functionality and analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the website will continue to work.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the email address listed on our Contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
