Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Webdoner website and services. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Webdoner provides website cloning, migration, restoration and related development services (“Services”). The exact scope, price and timeline of each project are defined in the written quote you approve before work begins. Anything not listed in the quote is out of scope and may be quoted separately.
2. Client responsibilities and rights clearance
You confirm that you own the website you ask us to copy, or that you have obtained the owner’s permission, or that you request a structure-only rebuild that excludes copyrighted content, text, images and brand assets. We may request reasonable proof of ownership or permission and may decline any project at our discretion. You remain solely responsible for the legality of the materials you provide and for how you use the delivered result.
3. Quotes, payment and revisions
Quotes are fixed for the scope described in them and are valid for 14 days. Standard payment terms are 50% before work begins and 50% after you approve the preview, except for projects under $300, which are payable in full upfront. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope. Scope changes are quoted separately before any additional work starts.
4. Delivery and acceptance
We deliver previews on our staging environment. You have 7 calendar days to review a delivered preview and request in-scope revisions; after 7 days without a response, the work is deemed accepted. Upon final payment we deploy the project to your hosting and transfer all files, access credentials and documentation to you.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all rights to the work we produced for you are transferred to you, except for third-party components (such as open-source software, themes, plugins and fonts), which remain governed by their own licenses. We retain the right to list non-confidential projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Support and warranty
Each project includes 30 days of free support covering defects in the work we delivered. Support does not cover issues caused by third-party changes, hosting failures, plugin updates or modifications made by you or others after handover.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webdoner’s total liability under any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of search engine rankings, except where caused by our gross negligence.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you approve a quote applies to that project. Questions about these Terms can be sent to our email listed on the Contact page.
