How We Work

1. You send a link, we look with our hands

Every project starts with the URL (or the archive link, or the folder of fragments). A human, not a form-parser, opens it and inspects what is actually there: platform, page count, asset weight, forms, integrations, oddities. This takes us under an hour for most sites and produces the thing templates cannot: an accurate scope.

2. One fixed price, in writing, before any money moves

You receive a quote with three numbers: the price, the deadline, and what exactly is included (and the short list of what is not). The price does not change mid-project. If we discover a surprise inside the site, that is our risk, not your invoice, because we did the inspection in step one.

3. We build on our staging, you watch

The rebuild happens on a private staging URL you can open any time. Milestones for larger sites: structure first, then design accuracy, then content, then integrations. You comment, we adjust; feedback rounds are included, not billed as “change requests”.

4. Verification against the original

Before delivery we walk the site against a checklist: every page against its source, forms submitting to the right inbox, redirects returning correct codes, metadata and analytics in place, Core Web Vitals measured and recorded. For migrations, the redirect map is tested URL by URL. You get the checklist results with the delivery.

5. Handover that ends the dependency

Launch is a DNS switch with zero downtime: the old site runs until the new one is verified live. You receive every credential (hosting, admin, database), a plain-language summary of what was built, and 30 days of free support for anything that behaves unexpectedly. From day one, any developer in the world can maintain what we hand over, including, if you choose, us.

Payment terms

50% to start, 50% at delivery for most projects; full prepayment only for small fixed-scope jobs under $200. Wire, card or crypto. If we miss the agreed deadline for reasons on our side, the delay comes off the invoice, which is the strongest deadline guarantee we know of.
