My Web Developer Disappeared With the Access

First: establish what you actually control
Three things matter, in this order: the domain, the hosting, and the site admin. Check the domain first: run a WHOIS lookup and see whose name and email are on it. If the domain is registered to you, everything else is solvable. If it is registered to the missing developer, start a dispute with the registrar now (proof of business ownership, invoices and trademark help), because domains are the one thing we cannot rebuild.
