Corporate site rescued from a departed developer
The task
The only developer with server access left the company and stopped responding. The site worked but nobody could edit it, and marketing needed urgent changes for a trade show.
What we did
With the live site still accessible, we cloned it directly: every page, PDF library and the four-language switcher, onto a clean WordPress setup the marketing team can edit themselves.
We documented the entire stack, moved DNS to the company’s own registrar account and set up staged deployments, ending the single-person dependency for good.
