Tilda WordPress

Migrate From Tilda to WordPress

Tilda's HTML export looks like freedom but ships a dependent, uneditable snapshot. We rebuild your Tilda pages as clean, editable WordPress, design intact.

From $349 1-2 weeks

What Tilda lets you take

  • HTML export on paid plans (as a visual reference)
  • Images and media at full resolution
  • Text content from every block
  • Your page structure and section order

What we rebuild by hand

  • Zero-block layouts (absolute-positioned coordinates)
  • Tilda forms and their submission backend
  • Responsive behavior outside Tilda's runtime
  • Tilda-hosted scripts and animation engine
  • Clean semantic markup for SEO (needs rebuilding)

The “HTML export” asterisk

Tilda’s paid plans offer HTML export, which sounds like it solves everything. It does not. The exported files depend on Tilda-hosted scripts and stylesheets, the forms stop working the moment they leave Tilda’s backend, and Zero-block pages are exported as absolute-positioned coordinates that no human can meaningfully edit. What you get is a frozen snapshot, not a living website.

So a proper Tilda-to-WordPress move keeps the export only as a reference and rebuilds the design natively, clean HTML, real responsive rules, and a CMS you can actually update.

Why move a Tilda site at all

  • Editability. On Tilda, non-standard changes mean fighting the block system. On WordPress, content is content, edit it and move on.
  • SEO headroom. Full control over URLs, redirects, schema and page speed, areas where Tilda keeps you boxed in.
  • No lock-in. Stop renting your website. Own the files and database and host them anywhere.
  • Scalability. Blogs, custom post types, memberships and integrations that Tilda cannot cleanly support.

How the Tilda migration works

  1. Capture every page from your live Tilda site, content, media, structure and breakpoints.
  2. Rebuild each section on a lightweight WordPress theme, recreating the design with maintainable markup instead of coordinate soup.
  3. Recreate forms on WordPress, wired to your email or CRM, with spam protection.
  4. Preserve SEO: keep URLs where possible, 301-map the rest, and carry over titles, descriptions and headings.
  5. Test and launch with a side-by-side comparison, then switch DNS once you approve.

Tilda, Wix or Webflow?

Each builder breaks differently on the way out, we cover the full comparison in copying Tilda, Wix and Webflow to WordPress. Tilda is the friendliest of the three because paid export gives us solid reference material, which is partly why Tilda rebuilds are among our fastest (see the Tilda landing case study). Frequently asked questions

Tilda already exports HTML, why not just use that?

Because the export is a dependent snapshot: forms break, scripts still call Tilda, and Zero-block pages are absolute-positioned coordinates you cannot edit. We use the export as reference and rebuild clean, editable WordPress instead.

Will my Tilda design survive the move?

Yes, we reconstruct the design faithfully by default, including sections, fonts, colors and responsive behavior. A refresh is optional if you want one.

What about my Tilda forms?

They are rebuilt on WordPress and connected to your email or CRM, with anti-spam. Nothing depends on Tilda after launch.

Will moving from Tilda affect SEO?

Not negatively when done right. We keep URLs where possible, add 301 redirects where they change, and migrate all metadata, so rankings hold and page speed usually improves.

How much does a Tilda migration cost?

From $149 for a single landing and $249+ for multi-page sites, fixed after we review your project. Use the calculator for an instant estimate.
