The task

The agency loved their Webflow portfolio's structure but was rebranding: new colors, new typography, new logo, and they wanted to stop paying per-seat Webflow fees for a site only one person edited.

What we did

We cloned the structure and interactions of the existing portfolio, then applied the new brand system during the rebuild: tokens for colors and typography made the swap systematic rather than page-by-page.

Case study entries became a custom post type, so adding new work now takes minutes in the WordPress admin instead of rebuilding Webflow collection layouts.
